May 2010: Oxford’s partnership with IBM worldwide services was strengthened with a services contract award to support an international bank in Spain in pre-process workflow analysis and installation planning for Rational Team Concert.  IBM’s customer had grown through a number of acquisitions, generating many disparate applications, platforms and technologies, each with its own software methodology and delivery process.   Rational Team Concert was proposed as a strong business solution to unify the software delivery process across developer teams and technologies; Oxford’s RTC specialist consultants partnered with IBM project managers to deliver a compelling and effective implementation plan and recommendations to improve software integrity, ease of deployment, and increase developer productivity.
